Andy Green holds the land speed record for breaking the sound barrier with his ThrustSSC vehicle reaching to an amazing speed of 1,228 km/h(763 mph)!This record hasn't been broken since 15 Oct 1997.
The speed record on ice goes to Janne Laitinen.Using his Audi RS6 on March 2011 ,he runs up to 331 km/h(206 mph) ,still managing to control the car on the slippery surface.
For the wheel-driven land speed record,Don Vesco sets up his Vesco Turbinator to run a speed of 775 km/h(470 mph) on 18 oct 2001.
Here comes the ultimate Daredevil!Rocky Robinson charges up to go 605 km/h(376 mph) on a Top Oil-Ack Attack motorcycle,holding the motorcycle world speed record since 25 sep 2010.
And Andy Green comes back with another world record for the diesel-powered vehicle JCB DieselMax on 23 aug 2006,going with a speed of 563 km/h (350 mph).
Here comes our Little Rover!The Lunar Roving Vehicle,operated by Eugene Cernan runs with an OUTSTANDING speed of 17 km/h (10 mph) on the moon in 1972.Nice going,Little Rover!
